Aramex Townsville

Our local courier Tyson was fantastic! His customer service and friendliness was outstanding. We have had issues lately with some deliveries, but cannot fault Tyson and his care. Good job mate, love your work!

They delivered to the wrong place and the guy on the phone sent me a photo of the place they delivered it to which was a couple of doors down.They said they were going to send the courier to pick it up and redeliver it but then an email update said Hi

0 stars there should be an option for 0 the worst experience ever no Australian contact numbers your call is answered by overseas call centre that can not help my parcel has not been delivered and they can not tell me where it is when you ask to speak to depo they respond you can’t speak with them no one is will to help I want my parcel I’ve paid for delivered I have had other parcels deliver from china that where purchased after this parcel that is coming from Australia. How can a parcel from china arrive before a parcel that is being delivered in the same country poor service from aramex in future I will not purchase any products that will be using Aramex. I want my parcel deliver NOW SO DELIVER IT

How hard is it for your delivery personnel to knock on the door when they drop off a package? I've had numerous deliveries sitting on my front door for multiple days without knowing they were ever dropped off. No notification via email or mobile phone either. It doesn't seem that difficult to just knock on the door when they drop something off, they don’t even need to interact with anyone just knock and leave. If every other courier company as well as Australia Post can do it, what is Aramex’s excuse? Utterly lazy and unprofessional workers.

Works more like a postal locker where the customer is the delivery driver. Amazon tells you to call Aramex which has the wrong number then you got the Aramex site says to send message then you wait to be told to access a link for redelivery then no one redelivers and you’re parcel is Rta. It’s like a something for the carrier pigeon Stone Age.

My parcel reached the Townsville depot on 2/3/23, was loaded for delivery on 9/3/23, however apparently they ran out of time. It still hasn't been delivered . The tracking number is 2V000240191

My package was supposed to arrive today. The tracking system on Amazon showed that it was scheduled for delivery during the afternoon and yet it never arrived. I had to constantly check the door because I had already read reviews saying that sometimes they don’t knock. A bit disappointed that I have to wait over the weekend to I receive my order.
