Poor experience compared to FBI Chatswood. Played on 3 separate computers. First one took more than 3 minutes to load and had an uncomfortable earmuff. Second one had the screen size and resolution messed up such that gameplay was unviable. Third one crashed once and had a render issue within an hour. Pretty sure I spent more money logging in than playing xd.

I have been coming here for a little over 3 months only to play apex legends. Today, I attempted to update it and I was told by an employee that I was not allowed to update games as per the managers rule although I have done it multiple times before and it's never been a problem.I am sincerely disappointed by this incident and hope that it can be resolved immediately

It was my first time gaming on pc and I was super excited about it. But I had a horrible experience here. All the games were in Chinese. Every single game. We spent 40 mins talking to the staff trying to figure out a game, any game which I could play. Finally, I ended up paying and getting a game on steam. But by then the hour was up. We kindly asked them to extend the time. The staff extended for 10 minutes. I had to turn on my pc and by the game was up, my 10 times was up too.

The customer service was really poor, the computers was not up to date. I paid for 2 hours and then i had to wait 30mins until the game of updated it was warzone. And after that when i started the game it keep crushing changed the computer and waited again 30mins till it updates and still the same issue and they didnt even give me a refund.Had a very bad experience.
