Not my problem" isnt a very professional answer to customer problem isnt it? I asked for inspection and this was the reply I got. I hope tennants found agency that treat them w respect

Vanessa has been one of the best property manager we've ever came across as tenants. We had to request a plumber couple of times to get our hot water system fixed in our apartment. She got it done within a few hours after request each time. Very responsive and professional, we have enjoyed having her as our property manager. Highly recommended.

We have loved our experience with Changing Places for the 5 years we rented through them. Vanessa has been such a fantastic woman to deal with, friendly, kind, prompt, and professional. She made rental inspections so easy to deal with as she was always like a little ray of sunshine, remembering our kids names, noticing new furniture, and recording any issues then having them fixed ASAP. We had a lovely and smooth experience renting through Vanessa and the staff at Changing Places. From the very first inspection, throughout the 3.5 years living in the same property, to the return of the keys at vacate, they provided professional service, were attentive to any issues that arose within the property and were friendly and approachable.

No agent or tenant will ever be perfect but I have had many real estate agents in my 12 years of renting and Changing Places is one that I have been happy with. Covid has proved challenging for tenants and agents, especially so for Vanessa who has had to manage the company and portfolio all on her own for many months now.So if you experience any delays with communication, just know that Vanessa is doing her utmost best and she will get back to you as soon as she can :-)

Vanessa is so professional being a tenant for 6 years I have loved her visits and looked forward to them and her chocolates lol. Any problems and they were fixed. She has a beautiful caring nature. Vanessa and Tim were one of the best agents I’ve had as a tenant.I moved into one of their properties in the middle of the Covid lockdowns. Vanessa was kind enough to share a very descriptive video of the entire property. My application was accepted within a day and from there on any issue I raised was looked into almost immediately.Tim took over managing the property from Vanessa half way through my stay. He was ever so helpful and very prompt with his replies.They were especially helpful when I needed to vacate. I had submitted a notice to vacate on a particular date but needed a last minute extension. By no means was any trouble created. Tim was kind enough to accomodate us for longer.The property I was at was briefly advertised for sale. Again, as always they were accommodating in all requests for inspections and photographs etc.At the end of it, I received my entire bond back and all I had to do for that, was be respectful with the house, as they were with me.I wish the the very best
