Maybe if they paid their staff the correct wage they would get a better rating from me. Also the store is way smaller than the previous store. (The previous owners were nicer too both to the staff and customers)

Poor customer service from management. This is the second time I have received this service from the same person. Clearly a smile or greeting costs far more than he can afford! Very disappointing!

Majority of the items are over priced, wanted to buy an item which was out of stock and was told they couldn't help me but I was able to buy it off their website for pick up at the store. This is a handy store for bits and pieces where you want it right away.

Was given a voucher for Christmas specifically to buy some new gym shoes. Went in and was told there was nothing for me in my size and that I would not be able to have any shoes ordered in, what kind of sports store can't order shoes in? Now I have a voucher I can't use, waste of money if you ask me.
