this is the #1 apartment location to live in the entire melbourne region, hardwood floor, equipped with washer/dryer combo with a full fridge, 24/7 concierge w/ parcel/storage service, amazing facilities (pool spa, washroom etc.), their gym is fully equipped you do NOT need a gym membership, their equipment is actually better than snap fitness facilities, level 59 has incredible views with lounges, office areas, private dining reservations with 10% discount on AU79 cafe where they deliver up to Level 59 so you can enjoy the view and eat, they even have social viewing and a bar for the residents and a bunch of other monthly events, they gave me a deal for signing up in feb of 2 weeks free rent, 6 mo of free internet, 7 free cleaning, bunch of free pilates and personal training sessions, this apartment is worth every dollar, there is seriously no comparison here, what other apartment is like this? 10+ stars/5

Staying here now with my family after relocating from Singapore and we are loving it. It provides easy access to everything in Melbourne and offers a great place to walk along the river down toward the botanic gardens. My favorites are the view from our unit, home office and the resident’s club which is located at the highest floor giving a pervect view of the city.

Visited today to inspect 1bed apartment and first question I was asked what is your budget. I felt as I’m not welcomed here! Cost starts from 715pw and no parking so you know and to save your trip to there.
