Lovely little cafe! The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Lots of regulars were there with us! Doesn't have the aesthetic frills that some of the other Highfields cafes rely on to charge much more for less.

The service here was fantastic! The big brekky was one of the best we've had in a long time, so much flavour and an almost perfect balance of every element on the plate. Only thing I'd change would be to add a few more of those delicious mushrooms!The coffee was so good we ordered a second to take away with us. Would definitely recommend The Cabinet to anyone looking for a great all day breakfast experience. We'll definitely be back next time we're here.

Food is fresh adequate and very tasty. ....coffee exactly as ordered...and that js saying something for a couple of old crocks who need their coffee just right!! You do Highfields plaza proud. Thankyou r&m

A rare gem hidden in plain sight. Amazing food and superb coffee expertly made. Genuine friendly, accommodating service. Don't be deceived by the no frills appearance, this place is unreal

This is the best coffee in town. The staff are fantastic and the food fresh and good- their homemade chicken pies are wonderful.Can't recommend them highly enough

Best coffee in Highfields for a reasonable price. The owners are really lovely and have a great memory for their customers. Because it's a small business, their hours are a bit variable, so don't count on them being open close to their closing time listed on Google.

Best Cafe around this area and even parts of Toowoomba. Eggs Benedict has to be the best eggs bene for miles around and the coffee is awesome.

Everything about this place is first rate. The coffee, the food, and the staff who take time to have a conversation with you without delaying the orders of other people. A rare skill that is.
