**WARNING be wary of this company**. We were long term clients (7+ yrs) of Director Scott McLucas of One2One Accounting. Last Financial year (having been locked out of QLD for 8 months during Covid) Scott did our familys’ tax and our return was substantial (16k+ as we were having to stay and work out of state naturally the expenses are going to be high) the ATO audited us and disputed it and after spending numerous hours gathering the receipts and statements required (which we had) and sent back to Scott at One2One to onforward to the ATO we stopped hearing from him apart from them continually sending us Invoices for their services that we had already paid within their 14day term period.From this point, the communication stopped at One2One’s end. I was sending emails asking for confirmation that they had received all the paperwork we had sent, I was repetitively calling with no response.The minute One2One needed to go through an auditing process with the ATO on their clients behalf they went quiet.Disgusting, unprofessional service.

Proactive advice for tax planning, very reasonable fees, accessible at short notice and on time with lodgements.Also good at getting important information to you at very short notice.Highly recommend!
