Been in the trade for nearly 20 years. Never heard anyone so upset to have to take my phone call. I’m doing the brakes and service on one of my cars. I first ask “do you guys do disc machining” she rudely replied “no mate we are not a mechanical store we are a retail store” last time I went to repco a few years ago yes they did do rotor machining so I don’t know why I got this response. Then after that I was met with a sigh and attitude with every item I needed it was just front pads, engine oil, filter, sump washer and front wipers. When I got to the end and asked said “sorry I forgot to ask I need wipers” she said aggressively “look mate can you just come in like a normal customer, we can’t just take orders over the phone like a bloody fish and chip shop” so I decided this place isn’t worth my business and hung up. I’ll just wait until Monday and use bursons. For 20 years every time iv needed parts iv done it over the phone, and iv never encountered such a rude and unpleasant person to deal with.

Brilliant customer service. I know nothing about cars but I went in for something my mechanic told me to get as I didn't know a lot of info about my car for the staff to look up what specific brand would be best one of the staff came out to my car to check then found the product I needed needed and even pointed out the one that was on sale which saved me a bit of change. Would recommend anyone who needs a bit of help or just good service try this place.

Absolutely exemplary customer service, no matter how small or trivial an item may be, the staff treated me exceptionally well and went out of their way to source the product I needed. The part arrived the following day and they even assisted me with the assembly. To top things off, the part I had purchased the previous day was not suitable, and the new part was more expensive, they still honoured the original price, and the real bonus was as a RACV member, I got a discount.I won't be going elsewhere in future. well done REPCO,

Been coming here for a while. There is a staff member named ‘Fox’. I would like to point out that this man deserve a pay rise. Superb customer service. Knows his stuff about cars, and is a genuine great bloke who will try his best to help you. Thanks for the help!
