Great service, girls are always welcoming and go above and beyond for each individual customer. The shop and staff members are always clean and well presented with lovely smiles. Would happily recommend the Bli Bli Pharmacy to all family and friends.

Bad and unprofessional customer service by the pharmacist....My experience was that a senior pharmacist accused of dr shopping infront of other customers on a busy friday afternoon, when infact it was just a simple mix up with the new Escript database. I felt very embarrassed and won't be going back.

I like to support local but this has to be one of the worst pharmacies for service. Staff were standing around not interested in serving, and then deal with you like it's a chore. Pharmacist was unapproachable indicating they are too busy to assist, pharmacy lacked stock of generic/standard script goods and unhelpful with offering alternative products (because it would have meant they had to call the Dr to approve... standard service at a good pharmacy.

Lovely staff, helpful and friendly.Called a head to see if they had my medication, they had.I went in and collected and the staff member brought them out to me in the store enclosed in a paper bag.Nice store with great brands, products and prices.

Came in to ask the pharmacist (middle aged Caucasian lady) a question about iron tablets and felt very dismissed and made to feel stupid. My question was legitimate and it felt like the pharmacist just didn’t know the answer and made me feel stupid for asking. Wont be going there for advice again.

Without a doubt the worst customer service I have experienced- especially from the female pharmacist-People are usually collecting scripts due to being unwell, and the last thing they need is to be dismissed by you. You speak to most people you serve extremely poorly, clearly have no interest at being at work and have no personable skills whatsoever. You lack communication skills when it comes to medication. The male pharmacist response when I asked about the medication I was about to take was that he didn’t have time to explain it to me. Great work guys.

I attended Bli Bli Pharmacy today to have 2 prescriptions filled. I waited 45 minutes for these to be filled, and was told by the pharmacist well, I'm only one person. There were people came in after me and were served before me. No one should need to wait 45 minutes to have 2 simple scripts filled, it was a joke! I will go past there in future and go to Chemist Warehouse for my scripts. If I could leave no stars, I would.

Pharmacy counter staff are absolutely wonderful! But whoever is dispensing the medicines has some issues! Multiple times I have been given the wrong strength tablets, or been short changed tablets, as in meant to get 60 and received 20! They stuffed up my elderly aunts medications too and told her to take an evening med in the morning which caused her to be exhausted and vomiting due to interaction with another morning tablet! Don’t go here, just don’t! And if you do, make sure you check your tablets before you leave the chemist!

Tried this pharmacy a few times, and I won't be going there again. Every time I go here I am waiting for far too long for basic over the counter products. They don't seem very knowledgeable, and so many staff are there just hanging around. They were also selling individual surgical masks for an inflated price during covid... have never had a positive experience here
