I absolutely loved my visit to Active Wellness Spa in East Vic Park. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and at ease, and my entire experience was filled with quality service. The spa itself is a beautiful, calming atmosphere, filled with serene aromas, soft music, and well-maintained, relaxing treatment areas.The staff are warm and friendly, and take time to understand each client's individual needs. During my treatments, I felt the technicians used the most advanced and quality products, providing a thorough and comprehensive experience. I especially enjoyed my deep tissue massage, which was very thorough and rejuvenating.Overall, I would highly recommend Active Wellness Spa. AMAZING Active rolling experience :) I really enjoyed the flexibility of choosing how much work was needed in which part of my body, the intensity was up to me as well. However, the machine was extremely easy to use and the positions on the laminate were easy, especially with Crystal's help in explaining exactly how to target each muscle group. I may be completely spoiled and have to make this part of my routine now!

After my first visit to Active Wellness Spa I became addicted! There are so many changes I have noticed. It instantly boosts my energy and I feel like my endorphins are on a high ☺️ my skin feels so much softer and it also helps relieve the pain I get in my knees and ankles from wearing heels all day at work. Would recommend investing in the saver pack because you’ll want to cone back more than once!

Can’t recommend Active Wellness Spa enough! Greeted a soon as you walk in, the staff are super friendly and warm at each visit.I have had the roller followed by a pod session and was surprised by how much I preferred the rolling to traditional massage. I get especially tight in my hips and they feel amazing after a roll.Lately I have been doing just a quick 30 min in the pod (perfect now we’re coming into winter). I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Can’t wait for my next session!

Once a month I visit Active Wellness spa for the Wellness Pod and let me tell you - it is my favourite time of everyone month! My workplace gives me the opportunity to attend apart of a wellness program and I feel so privileged. My workplace designed the wellness program to not only give back, but to provide some dedicated me time for the team. They really nailed it when they picked Active Wellness Spa to be apart of the program! Each visit to the spa I am welcomed beyond belief with beautiful energy and words from the staff, and then I leave with the feeling like I am floating… it is such a unique feeling that I recommend to all my friends and family! Each month I have something to look forward to for muscle recovery, relaxation and pure self care. Looking forward to my next visit!
