Ripped off by Camera House Fremantle. Had a poster montage ordered and went into pick up. Paid and was given the poster. As we walked out noticed the bottom photos cut off. When questioned was told couldn’t fit them in. No phone call to advise prior to completing the job. Was happy to take money and not even tell us of the issue and no refund offered. Disgraceful. I left the poster there.

Made passport size phone within 20 minutes, I sent photos from iPhone to their email address so they edited shade color improved it and print it. Service they did excellent especially girl was working their and other staff too.

My 81 yr old father submitted slides to this company after my mother died, he wanted them in cd from. They weren’t in the order he had asked, they took months and months to complete the order. When my dad would call and ask if they were ready the salesperson on the phone was condescending, belittling. Finally when the cds were for pickup, he had asked if he could use the toilet (being 81, having a weak bladder)they refused, told him to go to the pub and use those toilets! this was at 9am no pub open.Never again! Don’t use them!

Absolutely disgusting customer care the guy at the counter actually told me just to go somewhere else to get my film developed and scanned. He constantly develops film in broad daylight which damages alot of peoples film rolls and constantly lays negatives on the counter for dust to build up on them and other people to see. The camera house itself is practically empty making it seem it has already shut down

Craig and the team at Camera House Fremantle saved the photos taken at my daughter's wedding. I cannot tell you how wonderful it was when they rang and told me they found some" files. I came in with a new USB and a short while later almost every photo was saved. Craig recovered over 1400 photos and videos
