Over 18 months ago I purchased a handbag from Republic of Florence which I loved. Unfortunately due to regular wear and tear a clasp on the bag broke and I couldn't find a replacement. I contacted the team and Lyndon provided exceptional customer service, offering me a new clasp free of charge and posting it to me the very same day!
