I bought the AKRacing ProX gaming chair from here in early January. The people serving me were very polite and were very patient while I tried out the floor stock. They were very easy to deal with - great customer service. The chair itself is extremely comfortable easy to adjust to what I liked. it's built for a larger build of person, I am tall (and slightly round) and I can sit in it for hours without any complaint while working or gaming. The lumbar pillow is adjustable which helps. The seat has a nice finish and feels like it will last years.

Have had my AKRacing Max for a bit over 2 years. Still as solid as the day I put it together. No squeaks, no issues with the chair and the comfort of it is still great. Only had one problem with a wheel snapping off but the support team were quick and helpful getting a replacement sent to me even though I was a smidge over the warranty period for wheels. If you want a great gaming / office chair at a very competitive price don't hesitate getting a AKRacing max.

Not only is the chair gorgeous and extremely comfortable for the LONG amounts of time I sit on it while on my computer but it's well made and sturdy!I also had to go through a warranty claim with AK Racing after my 5 star base got a crack somehow and it was the most effortless and pleasant claim I've ever gone through. The employee (Vince Reed) was extremely helpful and quick and thorough.If you're looking for a gaming chair and you're in Australia, look no further. These guys are fantastic and they know customer service.

I even revived an amazing keyboard/mouse pad and foot rest, that takes the chair to the next level.I am very happy....

AKRacing Australia supplies some of the highest quality computer chairs.The variety of chairs they have are unreal!Regardless of your budget they'll have a chair for you.At first I thought it was rediculous paying $400 for a chair, but I do not regret it!The support is amazing! I purchased an AK Racing Max chair. As far as I can tell it is the only chair of its kind in Australia, well that I could find with many hours research online. I had a simple must have list 1. As wide as possible so the chair arms would be contacting my legs/thighs as little as possible and 2. A very generous weight limit as my last chair split after a few years use (listed max capacity limits don't really take into account how much you use it, I find).I've had the chair for about 3 months and it appears brand new. It looks more expensive than it is, the finish and materials look and feel top notch. When using the tilt I don't feel like I'm bargaining with my life like with some chairs, the control of the tilt feels responsive.I had one frustrating moment with assembly (pushed a lever down that needed to go back up and needed a very firm force to get it go back up - had to enlist reddit and physical labour help from the boyfriend) so definitely don't touch any levers during assembly. But the chair is so good it doesn't lose any points because of this.Absolutely perfect chair and experience. Best chair I've ever owned. If you are considering purchasing from this company I would recommend you not hesitate.

I've had a K7 for 2 years and it's been great with no issues at all. I wfh and use it as an office chair for 8 hours then gaming chair at night so it is durable and comfortable over long periods of time. The lumbar support that comes with it is great.Just bought a Player Series and very happy with it too. Very fast delivery (ordered Monday afternoon, received Wednesday morning) and easy to assemble.

I've had my K7 chair for over 6 years and have had no faults with it. It's been a great chair to use for work, napping, and gaming.
