Adam the manager called me today ( was my driving test ) at 1:40pm to say can’t do driving test today as instructor had sick call meanwhile my test was at 2pm and i was already there.When i reaced thereHe said i will be refunded and give my money back .It was not about money and refund i saidHe said I can’t give dt and it have to be cancelled.I called service nsw help line number and they transferred to erina service centre…Staff at erina were helpful.Just who ever wants to go gosford just dont book here.They will ruin your dayEspecially adam: he calls himself manager and doesn’t know what he is doing.He (a** h***) gave me hectic day.

I booked a driving test with them and at the time of booking they told me we only have dates available after 25 days which I understand. But on the day of my exam which was suppose to be happening now they are telling me your tester is not available today you have to reschedule your exam after 2 weeks. What kind of service and ethics are this. Wasted my whole day. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here its better to drive somewhere else.
