I called to explain it appeared my order had been standing for a while.When it arrived it was liquid, considering it was a $31 dessert, I was disappointed. As I was expecting ice cream.When I called to explain, they only gave excuses and no accountability. Until I hung up.Would not recommend at all.Since your comment. I have tried several times to call. Every time they’ve said there’s not a manager there. Calls to discuss have got me nowhere. Empty promises, even more infuriated

We’ve been getting our ice cream from the Manly West store for years and hate to say that their scoops have reduced terribly in size!!!! Paying over $9 for double scoop and only getting 2 tiny kids size scoops is ridiculous!

Hours say open till 10pm. Arrived at 9:45pm and told we just want to shut early so we’re closed now. Understand that it’s late on a Friday but if it says 10 don’t close at 9:30

Decent ice cream shop with decent prices, compared to the ones I used to go to. The only bad thing is that the staff tend to not fill the cups pf ice cream all the way and it really annoys me.
