Similar to another reviewer here - Mckenzie Bond hasn't paid my state portion of the NRAS incentive payment for year 2017-18. It has been overdue for more than 9 months now and they are just sitting on it. Have been continuously following with them via numerous phones and emails but they have failed to respond to any of them. I have been liaising with Jok, one of the employees, but he always provides a standard response that he is unable to release the payment as Keith (their boss) is the only one that has the authority to process the payment. I am always told that he will follow-up with his boss and remind him, but nothing happens. I don’t understand what kind of business they are running as it seems it’s only a one man show with other staff just covering for their boss with no authority to take any actions. It is such a shame to see this business behaving in such an unprofessional manner and deceiving their customers with lies. I am now proceeding with filing a formal complaint with the DSS to have this issue resolved and will take further to higher authorities if required to get my money back. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from such a dishonest, unprofessional and deceitful business!!Update - 07th June 2019 - Such a lame response from the owner!! Clearly shows how they don't even bother to understand the problem and instead of contacting myself to resolve the issue amicably, they get someone at the reception provide a standard response (similar to what they have done to another reviewer)....such a disgrace!!

Mckenzie Bond has my state incentive payment and refuses to pass the payment to me. The boss Keith never answers my call, the employee Jork was being polite but according to him there's nothing he could do other than chasing up with the boss. But it's been more than 9 months and I still haven't got my money back. This is ridiculous, 9 months!! There are several times that they promise to pay me on a specific date but I never receive the payment on that day. The company is full of lies and I have completely lost my patience with them. Avoid this dishonest company!

McKenzie Bond deserves ZERO star if I could rate one. I am their client and they took the cash incentives that Victoria Government paid to us the owner, for providing our property 20% less than market rent to eligible tenants. Our compliance certificates are all up to date and they took our money and never responded to our email requesting payment! Terrible!!!!!

Jesse and his team at Mckenzie Bond have always been professional and prompt with all requests. I rented a beautiful property through them for nearly 3 years and they were always really understanding of any issues or concerns I had and worked in the best interests of all parties involved. When I vacated the property Jesse was understanding of usual wear and tear marks and provided me with very cost effective repair quotes, cheaper than I had quoted from anywhere else. The repairs team they have on call were always prompt and efficient when called out to undertake any works. Highly recommend. Jesse is down to earth and relatable, he is always contactable and Easy to get along with. Long term Renting can be difficult but when you find a good egg like Jesse it makes it a lot easier.

We have been dealing with McKenzie Bond for a few months and they have been great to deal with! They have been responsive each time we have contacted them and been understanding when we missed a few things. We would happily recommend them to anyone!

Great customer service. Excellent communication. Have worked with these guys for a while now on their properties and they are one of the best real estates we have dealt with. Always on time and Jesse is always very helpful and efficient, making things flow easy for our company.

I have been waiting for my NRAS state incentives for 9 months as well. I get promises to pay but nothing happens. In previous years they were better. I do not recommend them because the $ amount is significant and seem to be getting lip service!
