So impressed by Moveall's service, thank you team! Jono and Mike were incredibly efficient and thorough, wrapped and handled my furniture carefully, and their friendly and easy-going approach made the time fly by. What might have been a stressful experience even felt fun! They were cheerful throughout and completely unfazed by several flights of stairs at my new place. Very grateful for their help - I'll be using Moveall for all future moves and have already recommended them to friends!

Wouldn’t recommend.Extremely unprofessional!Accepted my booking for the dates requested. Had to follow up with them to confirm time of pick up. Then they change the dates. Had to follow up AGAIN. They change AGAIN because they didn’t have a truck available for the date they agreed to. Cancelled the booking that was fully paid for. I had to book a different company last minute.

I was so impressed by this company doing a job for a friend of mine that I booked them immediately when I needed movers. I couldn’t believe how amazing their service was. Nothing felt like too big of an ask, and they offered to do things I hadn’t even thought of. Details were all paid attention, the house was left clean and tidy after they left and they worked a really long day with some very difficult flat packs to put together but never complained or acted grumpy - in fact they still offered to do more and went above and beyond my expectations. I was so, so impressed. I highly recommend these guys.

Proceed with caution. The administrative process is sorely lacking in terms of information and communication and, when called out on blatent misinformation and/or miscommunication, they reject any accountability and fall back on the tried and true you signed the terms and conditions ".The actual removalists were pleasant and hardworking

We were running out of time to resolve our move and had contacted a number of companies but all were unable to meet our timeframe due to their current move contracts. My daughter was given a recommendation to Moveall when at workso I called them immediately to learn from Steve that while also very busy, they would find a way to assist us. We were moved the very next day (probably not the usual situation) with the support of 2 very competent, focused professionals. Very appreciative & very impressed! Thanks, Moveall team...

Michael and Jack were absolutely amazing. They both took care with our possessions, using covers and wrap to protect all surfaces. Our furniture is big and heavy, there were no complaints. Even when we encountered issues with our fridge not fitting through a door frame. It was no issue and was resolved quickly. Even finishing up at 9pm was not issue, Danny came to help finish up the job. The guys were friendly, respectful and professional. Right from the first phone call I felt peace of mind that moving would be a smooth and easy process. We even enjoyed a peaceful sleep after the boys put our bed back together. Thanks again.

I had the most stress free move I have ever had. Sergio and John were punctual,polite and efficient. They took care with my piano and china cabinet. It was raining and they handled that with ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Moveall and will use them again if needed. The pricing was so much easier to follow and reasonable too. Special thanks to Steve who explained everything to me prior to the move!!
