My poor Grandma died here under very suspicious circumstances...Could it be because she was a Roman Catholic and not a bloody Mason?..Hmm,i wonder..Wish i could give a negative star.

Extremely rude staff, don’t know how to talk at all. I seriously bursted into tears after talking on phone to the staff, it hit me mentally. Should give some training on dealing with people nicely.
