I am so thankful to the team at High End Hair, I called the salon and even though they were busy they did their best to get me and my daughter in to do our hair. It was the only salon I called that was willing to take on new clients. This was the first time we have visited their salon. My daughter had a photo of the hair she wanted and they did it exactly how she wanted it, she was so happy with the result. She was asked by the team if she was happy. This is so important, they gave her the chance to see if she was happy. For me, I desperately needed a haircut, the team got us in. They were friendly, polite and always asked us if we were happy. They even went the extra mile and said, please let us know and be honest. We love all out clients to walk out happy. The price was very reasonable and we were satisfied with the service, price and the fact that they were so accommodating to what we wanted to do with our hair. The team at High End Hair are a great team to trust with your hair, they explain and discuss what they will do before they go ahead and start. This is what made my daughter so happy.

My family and I love this family, friendly salon. We all come to High End Hair, My wife has her hair cut, coloured and styled by the team, they always do it exactly as she wants it.My 3 boys and I also all have our hair cut here. The boys always go for a different look each and every time and the team always nail it.We have all been coming here since they opened the shop.Its a family friendly salon and the team always go above and beyond to make sure we all walk out happy.Its always a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the salon.

My sister and I needed our hair done. I was referred to High End Hair by a friend. It was the first time we've both been there. When we walked in we were welcomed with a smile, offered a coffee and offered a seat.We were unsure if what we wanted, the team was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what would suit us while at the same time listening to our ideas.We both decided to cut, colour and style! We were so comfortable we decided to transform our hair!We were so happy with the end result. The team was so professional and experienced. The colouring was exceptional, the cut was so stylish and the blow wave with brushes was sensational.We couldn't be happier with our hair. The quality of work, customer service and professionalism is outstanding!We will certainly be going back and recommending these guys to my friends

Best hairdressers I've been to. Lovely friendly staff, Kamil and Pierre have both cut and highlighted my hair and done amazing jobs. Pierre did my cut and colour for my wedding and took extra care to make sure it was perfect. Thanks guys!

I took a chance and booked an appointment for a haircut/blow dry with High End Hair as my usual hairdresser had no availability for weeks.Unfortunately I received not only one of the worst haircuts I have received, but it is the most I have ever spent on a haircut.The salon itself had no air conditioning, no music, and a strong acetone smell from the nail desk.Other hairdressers usually take at least 40 minutes to cut my hair, and pay a lot of attention to detail. Here it felt like he hacked it for around 10 minutes before getting another stylist to blow dry my hair, and go to serve another customer. The blow dry was slow, bizarre, and involved 3 different brushes stuck in my hair at a time. The hairdresser did come back to fix my fringe after I asked. Despite still being unhappy, I just wanted to leave before it got any worse.The price was higher than what I usually pay at a high end salon in the cbd, which left me particularly sour. I came straight home, grabbed a pair of scissors and went to fix it myself. I would not recommend this salon, and I personally will not be returning.

Amazing, Camile (not sure if that's correct spelling) really went for it, transformed my grown out pixie into a mini bob and brightened the whole thing with highlights, the worst thing ever is going to a hair salon and spending money coming out looking the same, the highlights have changed my whole look and the colour of my hair entirely, also not too expensive which is rare for a good hairdresser! Thanks heaps ;) xx
