I am so glad we went with Michael and his team. From the first meeting, I knew they were the right fit for us. Michael didn't push his opinions onto us and was very happy to listen. Along our journey together, he was able to suggest some great ideas that worked seamlessly into our construction. Michael was always looking to try and keep costs to a minimum and stick to our agreed budget. The end result was our vision being turned into a beautiful reality. Michael always kept his communication open and honest. During these difficult times of COVID, high costs of resources and trades people shortages, he was able to find solutions and still get the work done with a minimum of fuss. Clyde is the best handyman, tradesman I have ever witnessed. His workmanship is absolute quality and his friendly manner made it a pleasure to be associated with him. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and his team of tradesman. From the smallest job to the most complex, their work is quality. We are just so happy with the finished product. Our build was a very challenging project. We have a 1940s home and the way they have been able to bring our home into the 21st century, yet retain the character and heritage of our home was so impressive. We thank them so much for their quality work, care and professional manner. It has been a pleasure to be associated with them and feel they are family to us.

Love their work

We recently used Jacobson to demolish our carport and old driveway, and build a double garage and new driveway in it's place. Plus they turned our spare rumpus room into a master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite. They were very professional, and produced good quality work. They were responsive, informative and listened to us. The communication throughout the build was excellent, and this was very important to us. Special mention to Michael and Clyde, who were just a pleasure to deal with. We would use Jacobson again.

To date this Company needs lot to be desired. The assessor failed to make a full inspection of the damage and faults were found after repairs had been finished. I have had to get the Insurance Company involved to have repairs done correctly and still await finalisation.

I have had extensive staged renovations to my home by Jacobson, all of which have been completed in budget with minimal fuss and complications. They handled everything and consulted me on all issues and choices, and the work was high standard and professionally delivered. What I expected would be a stressful period of chaos was minimised into inconvenience and minor issues only.
