Charity | Tweed Palliative Support Inc (TPS) is an inclusive cancer support and Palliative care charity. In 2015 we opened the doors to NSW’s only adults’ 24/7 community hospice, Wedgetail Retreat. Wedgetail Retreat Community Hospice started with a dream: a deep desire to fulfil the need for an inclusive, 24/7 specialised palliative care facility in the region.

Wedgetail Retreat
A very relaxing place with stunning views. The staff and volunteers are all extremely helpful, happy people who help provide a relaxing environment for those that are at that place in their lives.The staff have bent over backwards to ensure the comfort of my cousin, nothing was too much hassle for them.
