Treated employees terribly. Horrible state of the store and the treatment of the animals is very concerning. You should be ashamed!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Went in-store to the Balcatta PetCity looking to buy a tank, and scope out a betta to home, and the sight of their enclosures really saddened me. You could hardly see the betta’s as the surfaces were all covered in algae, one was dead, most seemed to have fin-rot, they were just in poor condition overall.

I love being able to wash my dog easily. She loves the treats she gets at the end!Staff are always friendly and helpful, and they have always had what I've needed.

I used to love this store but recently I believe was the manager was very rude to me about an item I had to return she believed there was a part missing but this was not the case even when I showed her the same product on shelf exactly the same she didn’t apologise she continued to be rude.I also bought 26 fish from here they gave the rest of my fish white spot all 40 fish dead even though I treated the tank as I put them in, called and emailed to talk to them about it and no reply never go here please people they don’t deserve your hard earned money and obviously don’t care about pets.

Come regularly to wash Kaya, the dog in the attached picture, she loves the warm hydro bath facility. She is deaf and is generally afraid of water yet as you can see from the picture she is absolutely loving her bath! Every time we come here Kaya insists to checkout the baby chooks and rabbits. Every time without fail this naughty Dog will try and sample extra dog treats! Staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Went in to pick up a cat collar. Staff was very friendly and even showed me how to work the engraving machine.I highly recommend coming to the location for all your pet needs :)

Went down there Thursday to get a fish most were dying they said come back Saturday I did they were still dying not going back there again the photos were not all of them it's so sad to see they have gone downhill so fast this store
