Thanks again to the SMW team, Been coming here for over 3 years now, always professional ontime and very knowledgeable, prices are very responsible for the exceptional services provided by the experienced team. They do the job put to them & also explain future issues to keep an eye on very important in bike ownership. Upfront about costs with no tricky business. Special mention to Felix very good mechanic takes pride in what he is doing and works fast and efficient he is great mechanic who takes the time to explain what is going on with the bike. I learn something every time I go there thanks again Nathan your shop is the best ive experienced in Sydney in over 15 yrs of riding .

Late on Friday afternoon, I had an odd noise emanating from the front wheel of my bike. Rang SMW with my concerns and a rough description. Headed straight over to Hornsby and got there right on closing time. A warm welcome and the issue was diagnosed quickly.Bike ready for me on Monday morning (new bearings) so I could enjoy the planned spin on my day off.Fantastic service, as always.Cheers to Nathan, Ben, Jono

I'm a bit late posting a review but better late than never. I had the 1st service done on my new Kawasaki Z900RS last September by Nathan and his team at SMW. Five ⭐ service by a Five ⭐ team. I can't recommend them highly enough. Nathan and his team are very customer focussed and make you feel comfortable and valued. I had my previous motorcycle serviced there so I had no hesitation in taking my new ride there. I'll be booking my 6,000 kms service in the next week or so. I've just recommended Nathan to a member of the Z900RS owners group and he'll be booking his 1st service with Nathan.

Managed to embed a piece of hardware into my rear tyre on the way to work. Nathan was on his break, greeted me, talked me through options, massaged his schedule so he could repair it on the spot to get me going. Advised me of another critical repair and fitted me in the next day.Professional and courteous, good sense of humour and customer focused service. I'm actually looking forward to coming back for the service tomorrow.Highly recommend Nathan and his team.

Nathan and Team are very friendly and have always serviced my scooter professionally and without overcharging. Just got a walk-in rego check done too.

I have a very bad experience using his service. I cannot seem to understand how the guy in charge can possibly keep his shop open. First he said he was gonna try to fix the bike and it might be ready for pick up in the afternoon or the next day at the latest. Everyday I have been checking the progress, NONE at all! worst! not only he failed to fix the bike even after he kept it for almost a month! he also made me paid over $800 and returned my bike with broken rear light instead! refused to give me refund but at least I don't have to deal with them anymore! The next day I got my bike towed to the dealer, the dealer only spent 2hr on the bike and got it all fixed and running!!!! I ABSOLUTELY REGRETTING MY DECISION BRINGING THE BIKE TO THAT SHOP. good luck.

I was initially put onto this workshop by a mate who was a regular customer for the previous owner.I dropped my bike off for a service and quick check up. It's now been a week and a half after my second service where I got a few things fixed and tyres replaced.Unfortunately there seemed to be a leak in the rear tyre and after a few days of pumping my tyre everyday to make certain it was leaking, or if the seal hadn't quiet settled in yet. After making sure it was leaking I called the shop to book my bike in for a check up. I took my bike in the next morning and when i went to pick it up Nathan had explained that the valve had loosened and once he tightened it the leak stopped.I was expecting to have to pay some sort of labour cost but there was none. Finally good to see a mechanic who stands by their work and wont charge you for quick fixes after you have had a service or repair done.I find Nathan and his Crew very friendly and professional. I'll be bringing my bike to him for all services and repairs.
