Our family had several pieces that had been damaged by the flood waters in the Mid-North Coast 2021 floods. We had thought the damaged beyond repair. I found Michelle's details and sought her advice.We are so grateful for the care and expertise taken to restore the damaged china and platters. We had never expected them to be fully restored to as good as, if not better condition then before the floods.Thank you Michelle - your skills and knowledge are amazing and you have restored part of our family history back to us when my parents lost pretty much everything else.

Michelle has now repaired a number of items over the years:Art Deco Spelter Jug - new handleVintage Crystal Sherry Glasses - chippedAntique Coffee Jug - broken spout and lidPlates - chipped.In all instances the work was complex and delicate.Michelle has done a superb job - even most recently during CV-19!Highly recommend.

They tried to raise the price after we had agreed to much less previously.. got talking to a tradie coming in and out of the shop who had some very bad things to say about these people.. don’t make the same mistake I did, go somewhere else

Michelle has done amazing work bringing the broken pieces of our vase and egg cup back together. They weren’t expensive pieces but their value to us was immense and they are back with us again looking perfect. I would recommend to anyone to bring their items in to her for restoration.

I had a broken statue that required restoration and after consulting with Michelle she assured me, she'll be able to restore it to its preloss condition. To my surpirse, when I went to collect my statueafter 2x weeks the job she done on it was AMAZING!! You can't even tell the statue was damaged in the first place. Michelle even got the colour to match. Still shocked by her craftsmanship. Highly recommend this business for any statue, fine china restoration job.

Michelle repaired a much-loved 1935 Disney Egg Cup - which had been dropped and broke into 7 pieces - and a German foal statuette in 2017. The standard of the repairs was par excellence; the items were fully restored and the repairs invisible with impeccable and seamless colour-matching. Two years later, we still speak in hallowed tones of Michelle's extraordinary skills in restoring these cherished items.

I brought my beautiful Alabaster statue that we bought in Volterra Italy to Michelle. I had broken the head off and stupidly glued it back on. Mistake. Michelle repaired it and it is amazing. You can’t see where the repairs have been done. GREAT WORK - thanks

Lovely people, and very reasonable. Instead of charging through the nose, it was suggested I look online for a replacement instead, saving me hundreds. Thank you!But if you need something fixed, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
