A bunch of Dr Wannabe. If I don't require a prescription by law to get a particular product they still refuse it to me unless I have a prescription because I'm using it too often in their opinion. I shouldn't be asked my medical history or personal details in front of a crowd of other customers to get something that I don't need a prescription for.....that's what Doctors are for.

Pamphlet on scripts states opening time as 9:00am on Sunday's yet on site ot states opening time 10:00am on Sunday's. It's now 10:12am and their not open, do these people know how run a business?

I was waiting in line while the front counter clerk tried her best to explain the discount of an item to an elderly lady.It took her a while as she had to repeatedly explain. Another lady in front of me was clearly annoyed but I wouldn’t mind.It actually makes my day to see at least someone cares.

No floor staff to assist.. Have gone in on multiple occasions to buy a perfume and never anyone to simply unlock the cabinet. What is the point of locking the cabinets if there is no one available with a key. Waste of stock. Also the security guard stands right in the way with his arms folded.. I understand it’s Sunshine but you need people on the floor.

Love shopping here but the service is a little dull I waited 20 minutes to ask where something is and all the said to me instead of walking me to the products they told me go down here somewhere in this lane bloody lovely
