Nice Rolls of Halwat eL Jeban bi Ashta; Sweet cheese mixed with semolina rolled & filled with Ashta (double clotted cream).. They're nicely presented.. Got these as a gift.... Purchase only half a dozen of these rolls & they add a whole bottle of rose water syrup in addition to your purchase..These sweet cheese rolls aren't overly sweet, where as other places may mix more sugar in their sweet cheese rolls. Which is a good thing for diabetics, as people can control how much syrup they drizzle over their sweets & can adjust the syrup amount to their likings.... That's probably why they make you purchase a whole bottle of rose syrup to drizzle over only 6 rolls.Despite the lack of sugar in the Halwat El Jiban (sweet cheese rolls), I probably only used 1/4 of the rose sugar syrup in the bottle to drizzle over a 1/2 a dozen of rolls. Overall these Halwat El Jeban rolls they were made well & the ashta (double clotted cream ) was perfect..

Unhonest and fraudulent - ripped my $5 I will never come again.I bought a few sweet.She said $17 for 11 sweets.I thought it is very expensive.However I paid $20 with 4 of $5 notes . She only gave me $2 change instead of $ 3.So I asked her the receipt for my sweetThe receipt said $13 .So I told her that I paid you $20 before. I gave you 4 of $5notes.She said no no you only gave me $15.What is ripped off . She kept arguing with me.I knew how much money I have and how much I paid to her.Basically I paid $18 for 11 small sweetWhat is a ripped off.I never come again.

Very bad. Orange cake tasted more oil. Kunafe was not soft at all.

Min purchase quality by weight is 500 gram. If taken by pieces the baklavas were little expensive. Tiny 6 pieces came for $12. I believe by weight each kg is $43, which is good if you want to purchase in bulk. Baklavas were of different ingredients. There weee some special syrup mixed in the pistachio one, which ruined the taste. Others were okay. Over all experience was not great.

So disappointed! My dad purchased 2 kilos of baklava for my in-laws last week and the taste was disgusting! Was sour and not sweet at all… Like it was off or something. So embarrassing! He must have purchased a pre packed one, don’t recommend at all. This place used to be good when the other owners owned it.

I always come to sea sweet, the customer service is the best and the sweets are always sweet and delicious, my family has been coming here for years and will keep coming

The food is spectacular! The baklava is some of the best I have ever had. The chocolate fingers are amazing and so is the pistachio layered one. Fabulous. I bought two kilos of mixed sweets and they were packaged beautifully. I took them to a work function and everyone loved them. I saw them making up the Kanafeh and that looked so good too. I'll definitely be back to try that. However, the woman who served me was so rude and unhelpful that I almost don't want to go back. When I was in the shop only one other person was there and she was assisting them with their order. When I approached she asked what do you want?" in a gruff and dissatisfied manner. It makes me not want to return."

We travel all the way from Penrith to the Merrylands store. Every time we visit we are greeted with the most exceptional customer service, very fast and efficient! The sweets here are the best we’ve ever had! ❤️
