This is my favourite spot for my nails. Even I live far from city, I still travel for a long time to get my nails done at Bella Luna when I want to change nail colours or get some new popular design. I love this nail shop and have recommended to many friends, and Bella Luna has also become my friends' favourite shop. The staff are so nice and gentle, I enjoyed doing the nails every time at Bella Luna.

I love coming here to have my nails done. The staff always do an awesome job and I receive so many compliments (even when they’re weeks old). The atmosphere is calming and definitely feels like a self-care day!

walked in there today wondering if they could do me and my mums nails. We were looking around for a nail salon and this one looked like it went by appointment but there was nobody in there so I figured to ask anyways. I asked if they had time to do two full sets. The girls smirked and laughed at us. We were so confused what was funny. They did not understand us when we were asking for a full set so I pointed to the price signs they had (in english) to where is said acrylic full set they said no English. Felt so unwelcome we had no clue what was going on. Is this salon only open to people who speak Chinese? I repeated myself multiple times asking if they could do it they were still smiling and jus responded “no” that’s it. Not “sorry we are unavailable today” or anything. Again felt so unwelcome, they were looking at us like there was something wrong with us we had no idea what the problem wasWeirdest experience in a nail salon. And may I jus add they said they didn’t have any time but there was not a single customer in the salon at midday. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere that has the bare minimum of manners and customer service.

Very professional team and located close to the station (less than 10 minutes from town hall station). I had Wendy who was very meticulous and gentle with my nails.

Beautiful shop with beautiful people. I did my eyelash extension today and I am so pleased with my gorgeous eyelash set. I cannot describe how satisfied I am. I have already booked my next appointment because they are really busy and it is better to book in advance!
