Bought the carpet lock after several discussions with Raffi. It is a great product that has completely stopped my rug (placed over carpet) from bunching up over time. Rubber Anchor + Raffi are the epitome of quality workmanship and exceptional customer servic skills. My rug was an investment piece made from cashmere silk which I purchased whilst in Kabul, Afghanistan. My dog chewed one of the corners so I had it repaired locally at great expense, but was extremely dissapointed as the quality of the work wasn't up to standard. My dog then chewed a second corner so I sought out a recommendation from Armadillo Rugs in Brisbane. Raffi liased with me via phone and email before I sent my rug down from Brisbane to Melbourne. The entire process was nothing short of professional from start to finish. So much so they sent a sample of the fringe overseas to the manufacturer for matching before conducting any work. That really impressed me as it displayed their committment to the quality of their repair work. The repairer did such a phenomenal job I couldn't tell at first which corners he had actually repaired. It looks like it did when I first purchased it and that's all I could've ever hoped for. They have also supplied the rug underlays for all my rugs at home purchased through Armadillo Rugs in Brisbane. Their workmanship and products are of the highest quality and standards. I won't go anywhere else for product, repair or refurshiments in future for all my silk and wool rugs at home.

After having searched for weeks for sources throughout Australia, I finally found the perfect underlay. Most of the underlay did not fit our needs or requirements. When I ordered from Rubber Anchor, I received the parcel in record time, but the best part about it was that is was exactly what were were looking for for our newly sanded and oiled floors that had cured for several months and were ready for rugs. I was very conscious of anything that would mark, adhere or scratch our floors and the underlay we purchased is absolutely wonderful! It is low lying so it is invisible, yet it holds our area rugs in place securely so that they do not skid across the floors. We love the fact that the underlay has absolutely no scent and is not sticky at all. We are incredibly sensitive to chemicals, and this was exactly what we required but were unable to find. In addition to the excellent product, the customer service and the communication from Raffi has been exceptional. Rarely, have we come across such attention to the customer in a world where this is just about unheard of. From this, alone, we would only buy our underlay from Raffi, so that’s one search done, as we now know where to look. Thank you. Karen

Every once in a while you deal with an Australian company that is absolutely terrific. Rubber Anchor is one of these companies. Extremely helpful (and I had LOTS of questions) and very professional. I ordered one underlay and we were so happy with the product that we ordered another for our other rug. Dispatch was so fast and it was delivered from Melbourne to us on the central coast of NSW within 2 days. I totally recommend Raffi and his team to anyone thinking about a quality underlay for their home.
