If you advertise online, and on your door that you're open until 3pm, then you should be open at 2:45. No signage to advise any issues that needed to close early. Won't bother again, which is a shame as it's my local store.

Your Google listing and front door display both say your open on a Sunday. I made a special trip to drop off dry cleaning and I’m met with a post it note saying “We close Sunday”.... well, that’s news to me. Very annoying. I won’t be coming back.

The customer service was not particularly good but I thought it was particularly unreasonable to complain both at the time of delivery and the time of collection about the size of the order given that it was for over $200 in dry cleaning and not time critical - if you don't want the work, just politely decline it. I then received the garments all squished into two plastic bags so that over half were crushed to the point of having to have them re-dry cleaned with another operator. Very poor service.

Sadly I have to give one star after my cream suit jacket, (which was a special at weddings across the coast) was turned green.It went in cream, came out green, but funny enough the pants and vest have stayed cream. Anyways disappointing and of course they are not responsible for discolorations.
