Don't bother they don't pick up there phone only if you press the button saying your a business looking for new stuff then they just transfer you and don't answer your call. Centerlink now need to do a investigation on Mt Gravatt Salvation Army as there is a high level of complaints there not doing there job.

Absolutely ridiculous. Had multiple workers in a 3 month period. And they don't have an actual phone number for the business not the national number

The member of staff I spoke with had no idea what she was talking about. Refused to discuss my job plan, ignored my ESAT which is on file and told me the mutual obligations are currently on hold. WHICH THEY ARE NOT. Tried to enquire about training courses and was told to find the information for myself. When I declined to sign the privacy forms, I was informed the forms were a requirement to allow them to keep my information private. WHICH THEY ARE NOT. It is there legal obligation to keep my information private. The forms allow them to record and share my information, which is the complete opposite of what this incompetent person told me. I fail to understand what service these people are actually offering. I tried to discuss this with them today but YET AGAIN the mount Gravatt office was closed. You want to see the real welfare cheats, just visit any “employment service provider” You could try and visit the mount Gravatt employment plus office but it will no doubt be closed. 1 star is to good.

Another employment agency being paid to provide services, and literally phoning it in.Am a full time student doing a jobtrainer program, being forced to do jobsearch on top, plus additional mutual obligation. Their solution is to bombard my phone with random SMS offering me jobs at McDonalds and KFC....for this, they'll receive a hefty fee when I find myself work at the end of my diploma course.This is a absolute rort.

The worst service evvveer!!! Most useless people are employed in tjis service! So upset that so many other people’s payment should b faded away for this useless people to be paid! How awful! They do not undrestand the concept of others have lives as well!!! Super disrespectful service! The lady at the reception treated us so badly and they are not enthusiastic about offering service to people. So useless!

Tried calling and each time they hang up or don't pick up the phone.Besides that I studied a full year to get my diploma and they try and stick me in jobs like McDonald's or KFC, you are better off finding work on your own than having them nag you constantly and not listen to your needs/wants as a human person.

The Service here is very bad, they are getting paid and are not Doing there job
