Problem has since been resolved.Scammers, told me cost of delivery will be the same when delivered together or separately. Only after they deliver do I find out its way more expensive. may as well deliver all my items separately and charge me 1000 for delivery fee.in response to your reply I have asked multiple times on your wechat group chat whether the cost of delivery is the same or different when done in a single tour or multiple batches. No one, not one person replied after asking 5 times, even after politely saying this is the first time I am using your service and have no experience what so ever.I then said given the delivery cost will not be affected

Used them since 2017, pretty good at the beginning, but getting worse and worse over times, have similar experiences as other consumers:- Send complaint email to them 2 weeks ago, no respond till now- Ridiculous customer service and no apology from them when they did the calculation wrong resulting price different and customer bear the cost for their mistake- when to solve issues with them, they are helpless and took forever to get back to you, you just need to keep chasing them up otherwise you won’t get any responses from themDoes not recommend anyone to use them

My sincere suggestion for you:If you are thinking to try this - don’t, avoid pinle with your best effortIf you already ordered and the parcels are about to arrive: make sure you open the parcels and check them before you leave to home- as they will not compensate any damage / loss if you open the parcel at homeIf you have tried to solve the issue with their customer service, you will know how helpless and hopeless the whole customer service they provided; they only give 3 answers 1. I will check with the warehouse and reply back to you (then never replied) 2. could you please follow up with the seller 3. Unfortunately we don’t compensate any loss/ damage if you didn’t report the issue when you pick up the parcel at the warehouse

DO NOT SEND YOUR PARCEL BY PINLE!!! My parcel was broken while with them and I lost a good value around $70. It took more than a month for them to check their warehouse and told me it's lost. No sorry no compensation even i purchased insurance from them. The box looks like be opened on purpose. I've no idea what happened while my parcel with them, I know these people are not trustworthy.

Use pinle since 2016 at first they are good that why I use them for so long time. But when they grow up, their service become really terrible. Expensive delivery fee, bad customer service when the money is not correct, they maybe lost ur parcel u have to chat with them again and again until u angry. They will nothing change. Customer service, website calculator is like a joke, wont use any longer.

Very, very, very slow customer service, which is pretty baffling.---------------------------I have a feeling that they suffer from severe understaffing in customer service.---------------------------After a visit to their main store I've changed my opinion. I kinda understand why customer service are slow; it seems that they all have to multitask. Anyway, I have 2 bags missing from 125 in total, this is good enough.----------------------------Lost bags found, amazing feat, all 125 bags and none lost.----------------------------——And two months later, it seems that when they INDEED lose a bag, it will be something big: a digital piano.----------------------------The digital piano showed up 3 months after initial purchase. Pinle did a stock check before Spring Festival and found all of my missing bags. On one hand their customer service is nothing to write home about, on the other hand, when you take into consideration the unprecedented situation of transportation last year, they have done a fairly good job (for me). I know too well that I might be the lucky one here.
