Rude was on the phone the hole time

Probably one of the cheapest tobacconist's in the area. Staff are always knowledgeable and welcoming. Justin has the best sense of humor and probably why I myself and others choose to return. Awesome people and a great local business. 5 stars from me .

To everyone this is a family owned business. Irrespective of that the young bloke everyone refers to Is Justin. On appearance & for all negative comments you are right to ASSUME. Justin is actually a very kind, caring & highly intelligent young man with his issues. I applaud him & others like him who do get up everyday & go to work. It always amazes me on first or second (funny you go back) that people are quick to write negative comments. Re the phone comment I would hate to sit in a shop all day waiting for an customer. Yes he maybe on his phone playing a game but how long do you wait, I mean actually wait 30 seconds to a minute max in my experience. They know their product & pricing. The store is emasculate, mum and dad are lovely. I so wish people would think and ask the question about people’s health before jumping to conclusions. I know this as I am unwell & at times struggle. I applaud those with conditions out there doing there best whether there humor is gruff or they find it hard to smile and look you in the eye or even find it difficult to talk but do there best and so much more. Please think people & ask yourself if that person was aggressive and really upset your day before writing negative posts anywhere because it could be you getting out of bed and struggling with health issues you have no control over. I think this whole family is very caring of everyone in the community and we are lucky to have them in Nelson Bay.

Big guy gets a bad attitude when he’s hungry, how do you even have a job mate!!

The young heavy set man is unbelievably rude he sits out the back all day playing on his phone and when a customer walks in he groans and whines like its a chore, everything he does is so unprofessional, to the way he puts his sweaty hands on my drink and the way he spoke to me. Halfway through the transaction he swore under his breath I immediately left, I have never done that before, easier and better experience 3 doors down at Woolies.

Young big guy has the worst attitude and is always rude

Young bigger guy is a rude bloke. Always has a snide comment. Non customer service job would suit him better.
