Went in looking for a little gift for a friend and walked out with a beautiful music box, superb advice on how to clean my tarnished silver jewellery box at home and a great, friendly experience which is hard to come by in my opinion when it comes to jewellery stores. Thanks Kayce!

Georgia is incredible. I wasn't the most comfortable going in because... reasons, but she not only instantly made me comfortable, she helped find exactly what I was after within minutes, and created genuine connection in conversation in the meantime. She followed up promptly about resizing and made the whole process super easy. What else could you ask for?

Such a really bad staff. We wait for 10 minutes and anyone want to help us. Go next to us and just help an Australian people but because we are foreign they don't help us.

Refund policy is very dodgy and breaches the trade practice act. I tried to return a faulty pendant for a refund and they hide behind needing to send it back to their head quarters for assessment which can take weeks and the best outcome they offer is a store credit. Go elsewhere.

Don't buy anything from here. I bought gold earing after 2days its broken. They kept my earing for 2month, after that they couldn't fix it, and they didn't refund either...
