Head and Heart Estate Planning
Lucy gently guided me through the Will making process. It is not something that I particularly wanted to do, but Lucy was encouraging and proactive. Her manner was professional, empathetic and supportive as she ensured I explored all issues thoroughly. Her explanations were clear and so I could easily understand complex issues.
