W.Lane Strathpine

The lady working today 29/6/23 was rude and bossy.Worst shopping experience ever.I definitely won’t be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

One of the worst shopping experiences ever at the Strathpine W Lane store. The dark haired staff member working on Thursday 1/12/22 was rude, dismissive and treated me like I wasn’t even in the store. Yet the other four ladies who entered the store after me were approached and welcomed by her, were told the special offers, including the managers extra special offer and asked if she could help them. The only time she spoke to me was when I asked her if I could try something on and even then she couldn’t do that with a smile. I left and spent my money else where because clearly my money wasn’t good enough in this store! I would have given zero stars if the review would allow it.(In the past I have shopped at the W Lane store at North Lakes until it closed and I received exceptional customer service every time and felt very welcomed, which made me want to spend my money there).
