I had my 7kw solar system installed by this company approx 7 months ago. I was told by their electrician that the system would work the following day but there was no power produced when i checked the next day.I had to search online and also sought help from Solaredge support centre to get it working. Then i realised that it gave an overvoltage error in the mornings and afternoons. Called the retailer and didn't get any response. Emailed Australian Smart Group to fix the problem. They sent the same electrician to investigate the problem. He had absolutely no idea what was wrong with the solar system. I told him that there was a problem with the string design, he called solaredge support centre and they confirmed that he needs to change the design to fix the problem. He went away without saying anything and later i received an email from the manager that the system was designed by the retailer and not them. I replied and told him that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the design but the wiring should have been different for it to work properly.He also demanded $1000 without GST to fix the problem for me. Its a shame that this company had no idea how to design solaredge system.My advice to them is to send their electricians to some professional developments so that in future cystomers don't get affected. I would never hire this company.Pathetic service and their electrician seems to be very slack.

I called for some advise on solar as I am unsure about the process. Even though they advised they don't undertake residential solar jobs, they gave me some helpful tips on navigating my way through this challenging and unfamiliar process. Would highly recommend! Much appreciated.
