Do not go to this Optus store the service is rubbish, especially Jordan in particular.My partner wanted to pay off her contract and go onto a sim only plan which is not a difficult task.Jordan seemed to have no idea what he was doing and told her that he didn’t have any SIM card in stock but he would put her on a flexi sim.Which is fine things are out of stock I understand that, basically told my partner the account will change over in the next 15 minutes.Two hours later phone plan not changed over so we rang the store back to ask for help, he told my partner oh there’s nothing else I can do here on my end and gave her the number for customer service to fob her off to someone els.We ring the he had provided us and he still managed to also screw this up he gave us a Optus buisness number which was no help whatsoever they also could not help us because no one had any idea he had done to the account and technical support wasn’t able to fix this.So we had to go into Optus store in north lakes they were so much more helpful fixed everything up within half an hour the employee who looked after us her name was cass she was an excellent help and was really surprised with not only the appauling customer service but the lack of notes he had provided on my partners account.After a massive cyber attack you would think customer service would need to be at the forefront of every single staff members mind as consumers have lost the trust we once had with this company.Obviously this isn’t the case and the staff member jordan who works at this store is the perfect example of an employee you would not want in any part of your team not to mention being the first point of face to face contact you have with this company .Save your self the time and frustration and just go to the north lakes store we’re the employees actually care about what there doing

I was in the Optus Store at Kippa Ring and was attended to by a lovely person named Rosh. He listened to what we were asking about..he showed us products..phones and accessories..and advices us of the best course of action to take..he was helpful, friendly, courteous and understanding..it was a pleasure to do our business at Optus knowing that he was there. This is a 5 star review not for the store but for 1 specific staff member that works at this stores location. Tiffany is an amazing staff member that has started at Optus not too long ago and is incredibly passionate about helping customers, Tiffany is hands down one of the best if not the best staff member at that place. Honestly would have pulled the plug on Optus if it wasn’t for her and gone to another provider, massive thank you to Tiffany for all the help yesterday

So, after finally deciding a new phone was in order, we made the treacherous journey to the optus store. Once there, we were greeted by a rather abrupt, short Indian man whose name i did not take note of. This man" would be well suited to a position shrink wrapping the boxes the phones come in

Had a problem with my Sim card locking my internet. So I went to the shop in Peninsula Fair. Big shout out to Beth who explained that she would replace the Sim card and transfer my details across. The whole process lasted about 10 minutes and was done with a smile. Well done and thanks very much!
