Would give zero stars if it was an option. Absolutely disgusting customer service, no manners at all of how to speak to people. Did not even wait for me to finish speaking on the phone - cut me off mid sentence and attempted to respond accordingly to the few words she (wish i had asked her for her name) heard. When asked to allow me to finish speaking, she becomes even more rude and hangs up. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

We have bought many building suppllies from Haddens in Whittlesea and have always received great service (thank you, Rose!), both when we pick up or get the supplies delivered. This is the only reliable company that delivers concrete on time - when it is actually booked - not before, not after.

Rude, aggressive, insulting and just straight up disgusting behaviour form the boss when dealing with customer concerns. We were happy to pay their expensive prices. As they look so professional. But unfortunately that look is far from the quality and service delivered. You would be better off hiring a trailer and going anywhere else. We support local but not this guy who was very happy to state he's from Thornbury. So not a local after all.

Been twice to this establishment which advertises under new management. Totally ignored and made wait both times while staff talked to friends. Then when finally served asked to wait a further 5 mins to answer a phone. Eventually served in an abrupt manner and spoken to as if we were stupid and said they couldn’t help.

If I could give them zero stars, I would.2 main problems.First, they have just ripped me off about $450. I ordered 10m of rock. It came in a 10m truck, and it was about 70% full. I've been ordering rock for a lot of years so I know what I can expect regarding quantity.On this front, I've never been more disappointed.Secondly, they are extremely rude to deal with and you can just tell that they have zero care factor. They have such little care factor that they don't even try and pretend to have care factor.

Quite rude people, called to ask for a very small donation of about $10 worth of a product that would cost them probably less then $3, they didn't even let me finish me sentence, cut me off, laughed at me when I already don't like making phone calls and acted like it would put them out of business.A simple sorry we can't help would suffice. Will not be purchasing from such a rude company in the future.

Would NOT give any bloody stars to this mob! Personality PLUS when it comes to customer service! The guy couldn't wait to get you off the phone & rude. You think that's bad, the guy who delivered was even WORSE on the phone to my wife. It doesn't cost to be a good human beings when speaking to someone!
