They have the nicest security guy you'll ever encounter! Such a kind soul! Selection wise this store is often short on popular stuff which is often still available at the Smithfield Kmart

It’s always relatively easy for me when doing a normal purchase however, I had a return/refund on one item and an exchange on another one, when I took my item to exchange to process that, this young girl standing at the area to check out, directing customers to each self-service station just talked to me rudely, when I said I needed help to do the exchange, she snapped back with “yeah, just go through..”. Appalling customer service.

There are only two Kmarts in Cairns-this one and Smithfield. Reasonable range of clothing, footwear, homewares, accessories and toys. They no longer sell DVDs or video games which I find a bit frustrating. Staff can be excellent, especially around Christmas or when you need help ordering or securing a hard to find product.

An easy shopping experience with a comprehensive range of goods at a good price. Easy wheelchair ♿️ access. I don't like self service checkouts so take off a star. Only one manned service counter operating.

I found a Kmart in cairns. I haven't seen this is a long time. I feel a sense of familiarity. You'll find low prices (an incredible price)reasonable range of clothing etc. Anyway, I have shopping experience again here.
