The actual experience was fantastic. The hair and make up lady and the photographer were lovely. However on our return two days later to view the pictures we have never been treated and spoken to like the manager Crystal spoke to us. I expressed not liking myself in the pictures and was shocked to get a drilling from the manager about not liking myself in the pictures, how negative I am, how I have ruined the experience for my partner and so on. The customer service from her was terrible and we have never experienced a professional to speak to a customer like this. She completely ruined the experience and has no right no speak to customers this way. Her personal attacks were shocking and completely unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We ordered a picture only for the sake of our daughter and it’s been over 3 weeks and still waiting for it.

Be warned - The post-production job they did on our photo was beyond terrible. My face was disfigured due to excessive uncalled airbrushing/photoshop work and made me look completely distorted in our couple shot. Instead of restoring the original image, the company’s first and only reaction was, “You don’t have to keep it if you don’t want to”…!!! On sending a written complaint too, their one-liner response was thanking me for my feedback which would be passed onto management! Since photo edits are made once you’ve signed up for prints, you may be sadly disappointed.

I honestly can't find one bad thing to say about this studio. I have done photo shoots in the past where I was much leaner then I am today however this was the most confident I have ever felt in a photo shoot and that was definitely thanks to the girls involved. From the amazing make-up by Alesha to the photographers and of course the lovely Crystal who is the manager of the studio. They all made me feel so confident in my body and I really enjoyed this shoot.Since the shoot ended I have posted multiple photos on my social media and have had so many of my friends and followers asking where I had them done and have even had a few friends go and have a shoot at their studio and have also been extremely happy.I won't go anywhere else for my photo shoots now and I could not recommend these lovely ladies enough.

Super dodgy of how they collect information for their competitions. They rang me saying I 'won' a Facebook competition. However Facebook itself (in the activity log) has no recollection of me entering. They THEMSELVES could not find the giveaway post. Plus, why would I comment my phone + email? The receptionist blamed the Marketing Manager and could not find the link to the campaign (even if it expires, there is still proof of it existing). They thankfully took me off their list.Oh, and the actual voucher is sub-par. You get a 'free' photoshoot but they dig into your pockets to pay $195+ per photo.Tread with caution and don't be afraid to ask questions.

Really poor quality photos every print had something wrong with it. I took my new born son here and my 2 daughters. My sister in law pick up the photos and had something wrong with every print. I had to wait a few weeks few weeks to contact them because my 6 week old was in icu on life support studio glamour took weeks to get back to me. So when my son was 8 weeks old I took him and he’s sister els where and I’m so in love with the photos. Studio glamour finally got back to me offering us a re shoot but my son was 10 weeks old and I said no I want my money back they said no. I said use took my new born photos away from me the manger started laughing at me. Never go here

Usually I don’t leave negative comments, but I feel like I have to in this case. Photo shoot itself was great, we had a great time shooting with Bronte. The problem is in what happened after. My husband and I agreed that we only order 3 photos particular sizes no matter how many we would really like. At our meeting with designer we clearly explained that we want 2 photos size 8*10 ($195) and one 11*15 ($245). One of the photos we chose was a photo where the whole family (5 people) were photographed together. We again mentioned that we want the family photo be the size of 11*15. Designer then started suggesting that she’ll make the photo wider and longer so that it looks better and started showing us some options, that looked fantastic - there was no cut arms or squashed faces. Then suddenly she mentioned that this photo can’t be printed and be given to us, it has to go together with custom made photo frame. We got confused and asked what did she mean and how much this would cost? Bear in mind that we are not designers to know without telling that these all means changing photo’s size. She said that it will cost $395. I reminded her again that we wanted to pay $245 for the photo ( imagine saying this to a person who you just met while you also try not to feel like someone wants to rip you off). She said okay but then photo will not look as good. She cut the photo size to 11*15 again and yeah, it looked much worse. But, hey, $245 for a photo - is quite a big deal already for some people. Then the meeting continued ( do I need to mention that we didn’t feel comfortable after the first situation?). Anyway, I was tossing up between two photos for one of our 10*15 prints and asked if I could buy a second photo later if I decide that I want to have two? I was told “No, we don’t store photos , otherwise we end up with too many, as we have many clients”. This would mean that I needed to make my mind on the spot and if I wasn’t sure which photo I like the most - buy two ( I was even told that). I only chose one as we tried to stay on the budget we agreed on with my family. Designer told us that we can get a digital copy of a photo we like to print for our family, as they live in different country, but , she said, you can only buy a digital copy of a photo you pay for to print with us. Um.. okay, we didn’t go for any digital copies. Later on the same month, my relatives had their photo shoot there as well. However, when they had their designer meeting, they were told opposite things. One of them was that you actually can buy ANY digital copy of ANY of your photos because they store them ALL. Seriously?! Do you make rules on the go? I ended up coming back to buy a digital copy for my mother of a photo that I already paid for to be printed ( so not a random photo from the photo shoot but one I already have printed). I asked how do they give it to clients - via email or..? I was given a flash card with words :” we don’t usually do that , but here you go..” I even asked if I need to return the flash card back and was told not to. But they made me feel like it was something special that they did just for me and I should be grateful. Couple of weeks later my relative picked up the photos along with digital copies on the flash card. I mean WHY? Why would you say it’s something special you do when it really isn’t? Why all that lie? P. S. My relative spent more than $1500 for the photos there and still got one terrible looking photo with literally white background. So white, we could hardly see my niece’s arm on it. She returned it later and they agreed to reprint it. But my question is - why would you give a photo of a terrible quality to a client in the first place? People spend lots of money to get the most beautiful memories and you treat them like money bags. Finally, even though we like the photos , it’s hard to really want to go back there because of how we’ve been treated afterwards.
