Have been here 3 times.Let me start with the staff are friendly and always polite but need a senior who knows the job and quality checks.Twice of the 3 visits, I have been shorted and skimped on. Nearly $18 for a meal but the smallest pieces of chicken in history that is if you are lucky enough to get the right number.I called twice and the phone was ignored. Same happened last time.Go to hungry jacks next door or the HJs in West Ipswich. Plus today was my daughters birthday and Hungry Jacks gave her a whopper voicher. I have never had a single issue with them skimpy on quality or missing ingredients.Photos shows out of 4 pieces how small 3 were and my supposed 4 pigeon sized tenders. The wing was the smallest wing I have ever seen, and the drumstick was 1 mouthful. The chips half full.Kfc used to mean quality and speed when I worked there. Now it is overpriced and poor quality.

Normally will not complain as I really don’t care much when comes as fast food restaurant. But this time it’s really impressive how the service on this restaurant normally it’s so bad, just to mention some of the problems we have:1: time to cook and get ready order are super slow, even when they have around 8 people working in here per shift.2: staff including boys and girls comes with long hair and no using anything to avoid contamination of the food including no use of gloves. I just say the same guy who throw the bin bag outside come and open the fridge and don’t want to know if he wah his hands or no.3: the clean of the restaurant it’s very bad, as you can see there are rabish everywhere the bings for people put rabish are full, toilets are a mess etcPlease can someone put some order so many people and all of them having meetings at the back while clients waiting to order

Went in for lunch with my daughter today. Waited 25 minutes to get food. The girl at the counter kept touch her hair then the food and was really rude when I said the service was terrible. Won’t be going back there. They call it fast food for a reason. If I wanted to wait I would have gone to a restaurant.not to mention the guy was throwing food into the boxes and what ever missed was picked up and put into the box.

I came through drive-thru on 1/5 at around 6, ordered a giant feast 5 original and 10 hot and spicy. They gave me all original, and the bag was soggy and full of oil. I called and let them know I was coming back in to get what I asked for and gave them a 15-20 minute window of when I will be arriving. I arrived 10-15 minutes later and they served me with no dramas. An hour goes by without my food and then they tell me there’s another 15 minutes on my food or I can get all original. Meanwhile all the drive-thrus had been served, all other fc orders had gone, and many delivery drivers had come and gone in this time. When I came up and complained, the lady said, ‘at the end of the day, you still got chicken’ and ‘I have to prioritise the other customers that have come through drive-thru, at the end of the day it’s just chicken’. How does this happen? The lack of communication and customer service from the manager is appalling. On top of this, I asked for all hot and spicy instead. I have just got home and I have 10x hot and spicy and 5x original which I specifically said I didn’t want. As well as the nuggets were burnt to a crisp. The managers name in charge was ‘Rachael’. All other staff were good and friendly. I will be contacting head office as this was a horrid experience.

Always stop in here for a feed before or after going to Willowbank Raceway, never have been let down for quality and service. Only minor thing is the design of the drive thru entrance it can be a little tricky to find the first time, otherwise all good.

Long wait for meal,zinger box and 5 tenders at 6.10pm Staff seen throwing items into orders, like from a metre away. Looking at a screen but doing little.Uber eats guy couldn't get their attention so just left after grabbing a handful of orders. 2 Staff chatted at length to someone before one walked out with them, with the line out the door. Love me KFC. But not liking the experience in store these days. There was no leadership, guidance or communication.

The service today at the Yamanto store was absolutely shocking. I was asked to wait at the counter before getting seved for over 30 minutes. During this time over a dozen delivery orders were taken and cars were served through the drive through. It then took 20 minutes for my order to be ready and nothing was offered as a good will gesture. Don't go to this store the customer service is so bad.

Absolutely terrible. We very rarely have kfc. Ordered family meal. The large chips were only half full. The chicken was mostly small pieces (chicken wings and drumsticks). And was over cooked..

It's always pretty busy. I have been a few times... expect lengthy waits after 5pm especially on a fri/sat/sun.I waited 30+min for 1 large chips!Be mindful where you park as the wait for drive-through can block access to exit parking spaces

Such a bad experience at this store. The guys at the counter today especially the one with the nose ring was so dirty. He was throwing food in the boxes and the ones that fell outside was also put in the box. He was sneezing without even covering his mouth. Felt sorry for the person whose food it was. Have some dignity KFC Yamanto while preparing food. Should fire that guy with the nose ring. Hope the manager takes some action. Will also report this matter to higher authorities. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
