Shape Up @ Barbertown Canning Vale

I took my son for a haircut here and waited for half an hour before I was told that they won't cut my son's hair because he sounds sick. He coughed maybe 3 times in that half hour. My son had been cleared by a doctor and had this post viral cough for the last 2 weeks.I had tried to reassure them that he is fine, had this cough for sometime and I even RAT tested him this morning just to be absolutely sure which was negative. The lady went on to say they cant afford to get sick and refused.I understand it is your prerogative to refuse service but I suggest you put up a notice saying that you will not serve anyone presenting with any cold or flu symptoms to avoid wasting a customer's time and embarrassing them in front of other customers god forbid they coughed or sneezed.I tried to call the number listed to speak to their management but kept going to voice message. Disappointing!

Absolutely Fantastic place.The staff are super friendly, chairs and experience are comfortable and relaxing,The attention to detail from the staff is amazing!.Highly recommended!Thanks for the haircut today guys I will be back!

I told the barber to trim my hair, slightly trim and cut it a little bit shorter, he ended up giving me a very short hair. I told him it's too short and he argued with me saying it's not and he's balancing it" I just want a quick trim

My three - year olds go to place for a haircut. I’ve been served by a different person each time, but have always had a pleasant experience! Especially as my son does lose his cool every now and then, but they’ve always been professional and experienced. Giving my son a good haircut every time.

Just took our 4year old son to this salon and was told to leave by a rude girl as he coughed twice in the waiting area, won't be going back and will definitely not recommend this business to anyone we know what a joke!

Locals of canning vales,I spent 20 minutes waiting with my son of 2 years old and because no one acknowledged or said Hi, I stood up to ask how long was the wait time, one of the employees Shaneya said so sorry we cannot the 2 years old boy hair because he is active and running around.keeping in mind that had they given me a chance it was my responsibility to get his attributes they completely ignored.Please do them a favour do not waste your time to visit them, if you are planing to bring your little one to hair cut.

The quality here is phenomenal. It is a busy for good reason. Amazing service and the people who work there are friendly and happy to chat with you. Shout-outs to Chelsea, Shania and Anthony. Love your work.

Friendly staffs, keep making conversation with the clients. My(already short, only left for more than a month and half) shorten-hair cut cost $40. i'm not sure about the average price of hair cutting in perth but to me it a bit expensive(overprice) for an easy task. Other than that everything is great so far
