Appalling. Only chose because my property manager recommended them. One guy showed up in casual wear and barely spoke a lick of English. Spoke to the office. They called me 3 x during the day to demand an additional $300 because house was 'dirty' (we had just had removalists hence why we booked bond cleaners) and then again because 'lounge room was size of 4 rooms' - refused to pay as quote was already submitted upon booking. Left doors wide open over night despite me asking them to lock up behind them. Checked the next morning and house still dirty. Nothing done at all. Not one window or wall. Dare say the property manager will be getting them back in a lot. Spent nearly $1000 and it was the most disgusting, rip off service I have used in my life. Strong hard no.

I chose this bond cleaner based on good reviews and got the bond clean to save us the stress and effort, however it was more stressful dealing with them. They arrived 90 mins late and then tried to charge me a $100 waiting fee (luckily PM had proof of them arriving). They also tried to charge hundreds more on top of the already paid invoice, as the kitchen was 'dirty' (it was just a normal routinely cleaned kitchen that needed a deep clean, i.e. the bond clean but they expected it to be pre-cleaned first). They also were refusing to clean appliances that I had specifically booked in when doing the quote/invoice (i.e. oven, microwave, fridge) even though I had written proof from them. Very rude and unprofessional to deal with. In the end I told them just to do whatever the money we had already paid covered and to leave the rest. Strangely, I did get a text later on to say they decided to finish to job....The clean itself was fine in the end but not worth the stress of it all.
