DO NOT USE!!!! The worst real estate agent I have dealt with and the most stressful experience. I engaged Linkers Real Estate to sell my property at auction. I needed to sell my property to settle on another one and they were well aware of this. From the beginning of the selling process, I received the poorest standard. The initial photos taken of the property where very disappointing. The property was tenanted, and they did not even bother to ask the tenants to clean the kitchen bench. The property had clutter everywhere. It was only when I pointed out the flaws in each photo that it was rectified. Each week there were property inspections, I would receive the same feedback from the agent, Chelsea saying she was “receiving really good interest”, “really positive feedback” and “interested buyers will be attending the auction”. At no point did she undertake her due diligence and check whether these ‘interested buyers’ had their contracts reviewed by their solicitor to ensure they were genuine buyers. On the evening prior to the auction, we were advised that only one person had registered for the auction. We asked, “how many people had the contract reviewed by their solicitor?” We were told “none”. We asked, “how many people asked for the building and pest report?” We were told “none”. We asked, “if this was a red flag?” We were told “no”. When we asked, “in your experience, will people come on the day of the auction and register and bid without a building and pest report and without having the contract reviewed?” We were told “definitely”. This did not happen. On the day of the auction there was only one registered bidder and there were NO bids. No one had registered on the day of the auction like she had guaranteed. I was misled throughout the whole process into thinking there was a lot of interest in my property, however there was NO genuine interest whatsoever. You can imagine how stressful this whole experience was especially when my partner and I were very close to losing the deposit on our new property. We lost all confidence in Chelsea and we questioned how long she had been working as a real estate agent for, she told us for only one year. It all made sense to sense to us, but it was too late. I was forced to sell my property at a very low price for what it was worth and after this terrible experience Linkers Real Estate did not reduce their fees by a cent. Extremely disappointing. Very terrible experience. I would not recommend Linkers Real Estate to anyone.

My most recent rental property manager of Linkers Real Estate is Maryam Asif who is very professional, responsive, proactive, caring, and friendly. She has vast experience in property management and client/tenant handling. Her willingness to resolve issues in a timely manner and excellent communication skills have made my leasing period very easy.

I've been using Linkers for a number of years managing a few of our investment properties in Minto. We've had a good experience dealing with Linkers who were competent to resolve any ongoing questions or property issues. I can definitely recommend Linkers as a property manager.
