Hands down the best Aquarium store I have been to. Rob was so patient. Answered all my questions. I can’t recommend enough. Beautiful fish, tanks and accessories. Thank you so much, we will be back!!

My 9yo son bought an axolotl through a different aquarium - unfortunately we were given the incorrect advice on how to care for him and inadvertently poisoned him. Being the closest one to me I decided to go in to New Life Aquarium and see if they could help me save him. I honestly cannot rate them high enough, with their help and guidance our axolotl went from floating, covered in slime and refusing food (for 3 weeks!) to thriving and once again swimming around happily. They were under no obligation to help as I hadn't bought him through them but their dedication and genuine care for fish meant that they went above and beyond to assist us. If it weren't for the Team at New Life Aquarium I would have had an extremely upset 9yo and a dead axolotl. Thanks so much Team!

They sell guppies expensive. Everywhere guppies are $6.99 but they sell for $9 and $12.I changed it to 3 stars coz I never seen 3 for $10 in your shop. I will make it 5 star once I see it in your shop.thanks for replying my review. it's valuable if you look after your customer with the price as the same as your advices.

Wow my new favourite store! The 2 guys working here are super passionate about aquariums. I have been to just about every aquarium shop in Victoria and in my opinion this is the number 1 aquarium store in Vic. Lots of live stock and a massive shrimp collection and not just low end shrimp but really high end shrimp.I've never seen so many Rainbow fish before wow!!!A huge selection of Aquatic plants perfect for those with a green thumb.The advice and the fact that these 2 guys actually care about your livestock makes this store stand out even more in my eyes.Well done guys and can't wait for the renovations to be finished and to see what amazing things you both have installed for your store!

Best staff service I've come across at any kind of store!!I'm so glad that we've found Rob who is able to guide us in regulating our aquarium water quality and our fishes are now living happily and healthily.Rob is patient and passionate about educating us on how to look after our own aquarium; he even stopped us from buying any fish from him until his water test shows that our water quality is suitable to put any new fish in. (and the water test is FREE!)

Very good aquarium - has loads more variety than anything else in the area, especially live plants!The shops misleading in size. It looks quite small but it extends quite deep.I recommend.

This is the best aquarium that I have been. If you are an new fish keeper, Rob will give you the most professional advice and very nice service. I will definitely come back to get more wonderful fish and recommend friends to here. The photos will be updated later :)Celine

The staff are very professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. I came in searching for many answers about my plants and parameters and they provided concise answers in a very articulate manner. I was even offered a water test without me even mentioning it which no other shop has done. The enthusiasm is unmatched, and they are very genuine people who truly wanted me to benefit from my visit as much as possible. I will be shopping here from now on. Genuinely nice people!
