Outstanding customer service and really nice people working there. We got a flat while visiting Bathurst and the fixed my issue within 15 minutes and helped us continue our bike ride. Cannot compliment them enough...thank you!

One of the nicest looking bicycle stores I've seen. Staff are friendly and helpful. But expect to pay more than usual on parts. Popped in to buy a new chain and it was at least 20% more than you'd expect to pay.But if you need something then and there and can't wait for an order to arrive from online, then you're likely to get it here, just minus the discount.

Renshaw's Pedal Project
Went in with very minimal idea about exactly what I wanted. Greg (Belly) helped me picked something that was just perfect for me to get into MTB but not something that would need upgrading immediately. Had a couple of questions the next day and called up and Paul happily answered any of my questions or concerns. Great range for a country town and all the accessories and a great fit out and mechanical department too. All round awesome! Went for a ride today and my bike did exactly what I'd hoped for and more! ❤️ Very happy customer!

This was the first time calling into Renshaw's and it was a tremendous change that Iwas treated like a valued customer and not an annoyance (How you seem to be treated at other stores) and I was only buying some tubes. I will be buying my next bike from you guys, I was that impressed. It'll be worth the trip from Cootamundra!
