My partner sends me flowers quite regularly however the last three times the quality of the flowers have been disappointed. The first time they replaced flowers that were not fresh and wilted within 2 days. They did the right thing and replaced them. However the last bunch had minimum flowers, two roses and two carnations and one lily and lots of green fillers. Not too happy considering the price he paid.He will not use this florist again. I have been sent flowers from other florist and the bouquet were just beautiful and lasted for 10 days. I like to support the local business but they need to be fair.

I am very happy with the quality of the flowers, the service the staff provided and how prompt they were in delivering flowers. I ordered some flowers for my sister's birthday as a surprise and I must say it got delivered at exactly the time I had ordered them to be delivered and in excellent quality - a few days later I also ordered flowers for my mum for Mother's Day early that morning and had contacted A Classy Touch Florist to see if it was possible to do on the same day; not only did they say YES but they delivered them on time and contacted me to let me know they had arrived. I highly recommend this lovely business.

I placed an order for my dad's bday and there was a bit of a mix up with the order date but the team responded so quickly and were so obliging in making it right. The arrangement itself was goregous and the colours were very vibrant.

I’ve bought flowers from A classy touch many of times and always been pretty happy, but it was always just walking in and grabbing a bunch of whatever they already had on the shelf.I have been trying to organise bouquets for my wedding & have emailed 3 times, to never get a reply.Today I walked in to ask in person and the response I got was.. just email us & the boss is away at the moment so she may get back to you.Very disappointing service.

The greatest thankyou to classy touch.I ordered some beautiful fudge and a teddy for my mums 80th and they also brought and went back with a birthday cake that made her day. She is isolated from family so it was the best thought EVER.
