I booked in for all three as this was my first time. I liked all three as they targeted different things and felt the most relaxed I have felt in a long time. I will definitely be doing this again and will be finding days when I can do all three on the same day again. Would definitely recommend. And the girls were lovely, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend BodySpace Recovery - I spent a relaxing afternoon trying out the body roller, infrared pod and massage boots and came out floating on cloud 9. The pod especially was my favourite - like lying on a tropical beach. Chelsea the owner was also very friendly and put me at ease. I’ll be back for sure.

After a tough workout it can take me days for my muscles to recover. But after the roller and compression boots at BodySpace it's like fast-forwarding the whole process. And a session in the wellness pod leaves my whole body thanking me for it, and mind surprisingly relaxed. Can't recommend enough.

Wow! I had been unwell and in bed for a week so my back and body was in knots from not moving.I went and did the roller, pod and recovery boots. The roller released so much soreness and tightness in my body. My sore lower back was gone. It just felt SO good after.The pod was next and I could feel the tension leaving my body.The boots made my legs feel lighter. Just a great experience overall and honestly the best thing I could have done for myself after being unwell. Highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of the Normatech boots in the tranquil room setting so much so that I fell asleep. The gentle pulsating and massaging of the boots was so relaxing. My legs now feel much more at ease. I would recommend a treatment with the Normatech boots unreservedly.
