San Churro Chermside

21st April 3pm,I visited San Churro in Chermside.There was a girl with ponytail hair and Black T-shirt and Black pants.She was very very unkind and she was short with me.When she served a dish, she made a loud banging noise.Service was really bad and It seemed like she was angry!

Food quality is good, but as far as overall customer satisfaction, it is beyond poor. Out of the 3 times I have visited the restaurant and dined in, not once have orders placed been delivered correctly. There is always something missing, or the best was the last visit, items were missing after being delivered to the table but to put the (cherry on top), my friends order was completely forgotten due to the assumption that when my food was delivered, everything was delivered. If that isn't a vote of confidence, I don't know what is. To make all this better, in no form was the restaurant busy or under the pump, if anything (as always) understaffed or unqualified to serve everyone with only those working.

Came in around 20 minutes before close and they had clearly had a very busy night, was having an issue with online ordering so went to the counter to order. The store manager was so lovely and provided exceptional customer service, she was so friendly and the whole experience made my day. As someone who works in customer service I understand how stressful it can be and she went above and beyond! Will definitely be returning!

My friend and I decided to eat some churros. We ordered the churros plus 2 little coffee. It took 15 mins, the customer services was terrible.Unclean tables with old cups etc only I have to say the churros were good

The new cookie butter hot chocolate is amazing!!! Unfortunately let down by dirty tables. Trying to find a clean table here is a challenging game, more so than golf.

Friendly and helpful service, always delicious churros, clean and fast service. I would prefer my Spanish latte unstirred though, to appreciate the beautiful layers.Great spaces for large groups.

I can give them less than 1 star if I canThis is 3rd time happen with me. There service is so so bad. They don't care about anyone even you are waiting from more than 30 minutes.I suggest to everyone don't waste your time if you really want to something sweet go anywhere else but this place is completely time waste.

Came here recently just for a snack before the movie, found that the service was bit rude, and we received a glass of ice for our drink, the cup was dirty with visible dirt stains, we also got a cookies and cream shake which like in the image has an Oreo on top which mine did not and the cup size is small for the price you pay for it especially in the take away cup, they didn’t even heat the strawberry croffle up so it was too cold and hard. Definitely not coming again wouldn’t recommend it

The staff were very kind and helpful. A great shoutout to their manager, Lisa and employee Maddy who came out of their way to accomodate my daughter’s birthday of a churro stack which does not exist anymore, but they still made it. They came in on their day off to make it and did such a great job. It was perfect and my daughter and her friends loved it very very much. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend going to Chermside branch. The compassion of this branch staff is just incredible.

Could not be happier with my experience here. I’ve been a few times now and there’s serious improvement in the quality of the store. The staff on shift were lovely, the service has definitely improved and the food was fantastic. Please do yourself a favour and go here.
