Paid $50 for a pedicure and my feet looked the same as when I entered; dry and flakey (hence the need for a pedicure). I Wish I checked my feet properly before I paid.

YESTERDAY I gave this lot the benefit of the doubt and went back to have a soak off and sns put over my natural nail! I left there beyond furious disappointment and disgusted!The product was stuck to my fingers, they tried to file it off. I said I would get it off myself as they were filing my skin! The nails were all different shapes and lengths!The acetone was way too hot and burnt my fingers and then he added water which then the acetone did not work as it was watered down I questioned this process and he kept saying it was ok!! So he filed the original colour off and asked if I wanted to keep tips, I said no as the acetone should be dissolving the tips. I just want an overlay over my nails. I paid “cash only” and left. It wasn’t until I left that I realised how bad they were! I went back and asked for my money back as they looked disgraceful! They refused and said we fix. I said why would I let you touch them again. The service should have been done correctly in the first place. They offered a voucher again I said why would I come back.They said half my money back but they will take the product off!!!! Omg by this time I was fuming! So after the guy laughed at me and told me to ring police I left telling them that I will be contacting consumer affairs.After teaching nails and beauty I would never ever recommend this terrible dirty salon. They also share files and tools on all clients. So be aware!!3 weeks agoI went in to get my nails redone as they needed doing! So new tips and sns product applied. The water was so hot under the acetone I could hardly put my fingers in the bowl. They were hurrying and very rough. No speaking English to me except what shape.Which was inconsistent as well as the length. Lumps and bumps and not a nice overall shape. Took my money and turned her back. No thank you or goodbye. Just rude!

Very rushed with not a lot of attention to detail. I've had much more thorough manipedis elsewhere. Nail polish was already smudged before we even left.

It's ok if you don't mind a rushed job, not a good one or a special experience. Overpriced. I felt dirty in the place. At least they used a separate set of tools for me, sterilised I hope. Repackaged, could tell from the nail polish stains on the tools. Towels were old and stained. The aprons the technicians wore were dirty and smelly. Talking loudly in their own language, not a relaxing environment.

Lame. I asked not too thick. The construction of the nail was good but the colour she did it in the wrong way. She was in a hurry because other clients were there so she didn't even take care of it. No layers were put on properly. $70 for once arrived at my house, file everything off because it was ugly!I really don't recommend

Definitely a hit & miss who you get as your nail tech. Most recently asked for an infill (which was done there before), expected it to be the same shape (almond) just different colour. The man completely made nails rounded and had to go home file them to almond myself. Pedicures have always been good.

Would have given zero stars if I could! Worst nail salon ever and very unhygienic! Towels are dirty and work stations are disgusting. They make you feel like they are talking about you when they speak to each other in their own language, which I don’t have a problem with but don’t look at the customer and giggle, it’s rude and unprofessional! They don’t like it when you pick up problems with their work and only care about how much money they can make by rushing to get to the next customer (or the 10 they have waiting as they never turn anyone away to concentrate on the customer they already have!) I even got cut on the cuticle and there was no apology given or disinfectant used. Totally repulsive and not a good service at all. To top it off my nails weren’t even the same length on each hand. Very over priced for the poor service they provide. Save your money and go else where!!

Very rude. They had big banner outside saying relaxing massage but they ended up doing pedicure. Very rude woman

Very hard to understand what the girls are saying. I have no idea what type of nails I got but they look nice, neat and tidy.
